1. The boiler body adopts a shell-type full wet-back forward-flow three-pass fire-tube structure. Flames burn at a slight positive pressure in the large combustion chamber, ensuring complete combustion, low furnace heat load, and low emissions of harmful substances (SOₓ and NOₓ).
2. The corrugated furnace liner and threaded flue tube structure not only enhance structural strength and heat transfer efficiency but also meet the thermal expansion requirements of various heated components.
3. The boiler has a large water volume and steam space, providing a wide load adjustment range. The reasonably designed internal boiler devices ensure high-quality steam.
4. New-type thermal insulation materials are used, featuring light weight, low heat loss, and excellent thermal insulation performance.
