1. Large-Diameter Combustion Chamber  
The boilers combustion chamber is composed of large-diameter coil pipes, providing sufficient space for full fuel combustion and ensuring high thermal efficiency.  
2. Optimal Coil Pipe Design 
The internal and external spiral coil pipes in the boiler body are made of multi-start, small-diameter steel pipes. These coils exhibit excellent thermal expansion performance, low stress, and high safety and reliability.  
3. Optimal Process Design  
Flue gas follows a three-pass flow path, and the medium flows through the internal and external coil pipes with uniform velocity, ensuring safe and stable operation.  
4. Sufficient Output
The heating surfaces are reasonably arranged, featuring a large area and good heat transfer effect. This ensures high efficiency as well as stable and sufficient output.  
5. Multi-Functional Safety Explosion-Proof Device  
The tail of the boiler body is equipped with an explosion-proof device connected to the furnace chamber. It releases the high energy generated instantly when fuel violently deflagrates in the furnace and can automatically reset. Additionally, it functions as a flame observation mirror and maintenance access, facilitating the adjustment of combustion flames during operation and enabling easy furnace inspection and maintenance. 
6. Unique Smoke Box Sealing  
The furnace cover adopts an integral structure with multi-stage labyrinth sealing. The special sealing process and materials provide excellent compressibility, completely preventing flue gas leakage and allowing repeated use.  
7. Comprehensive Automatic Control Measures  
The oil outlet temperature is precisely controlled, and multiple control and protection measures are set for medium temperature, pressure, and over-flue-temperature, ensuring safe and reliable operation.  
8. Leading-Edge Automatic Control Level  
The boiler controller uses Siemens/Delixi electrical components, ensuring reliable performance. There are three types of controllers:  
- Standard type (standard configuration);  
- Chinese-English menu type with product display;  
- Touchscreen type with human-machine interaction and remote control.
